Localization

The hotel needs to be remodeled. The carpet is sticky and dirty. There was a centipede in the bathroom. The pillows are so worn that the foam is all cut. When I made the reservation, I asked for a room on the top floor and received an email confirming that my request would be honored free of charge. When I checked in, I only received an "apologies, but we don't have any availability."
