"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in"

The floor was soaking wet. The tub did not drain. The AC would not turn off at all. I do not recommend this hotel. It is very poor and disgusting. It also had a very bad smell.

The hotel was Great!!! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi!! I have no complaints. We will always stay at the Fairfield Inn when we travel.

It’s our favorite in the area. Always clean.

The indoor pool doesn’t open until 10 am. Would be nice if it were at least 9 am.

I usually don’t have any complaint when staying at a hotel affiliated with Marriott but this hotel is in very poor condition. The carpet was coming up in the room. The chair had multiple stains on it of I don’t know what. The sheets had stains, the caulk around the tub was full of mold and it looked like something was spilled behind the toilet and not wiped up. When checking reviews I thought this would be a great hotel to stay in being part of Marriott but was very disappointed when arriving.

"Don't go here they suck"

We are a family of 5. We made sure that we check that we had 2 beds and a sofa the day of the stay 06/13/2025. Got the room and it was 1 bed. We went down to the front office so we could get that room we asked for and they said they were over booked and couldn't do anything about it. My mom being the woman she is didn't let that slide so she went to the front office to figure out what's going on they said the manager will call. The manager did saying they got a new room for us it is a one bed bedroom and the other half will stay in the first room. We got to the second room and it smelled like cigarettes and pizza.

Easily accessed from Interstate 95. A bit of a maze to get to. Located off side street behind businesses and 4 other hotels. Very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast service personnel were friendly and personable.
