Springhill Suites by Marriott Detroit Metro Airport Romulus

Everyone was very kind, the rooms were clean and the beds were like sleeping on clouds!

Our room was very clean, shower was wonderful and the breakfast was good!!!!

It may have been an exception but the room had not been cleaned out properly.

The room itself was great. Was ridiculous that we had to pay for parking and this isn’t told up front. I was told $10 and then ended up paying $12 for overnight parking. The pool area was horrendous. The water was yellow. The hot tub was cloudy and had dirt all over it and there was empty beer, cans towels, and clothes like someone had a party all night.

Hotel was great. They now charge for parking. Issue wit app. Won’t let Canadian check in vehicle.

It's a great location, just 30 mins away from downtown or Riverwalk. Big rooms and good bathroom. Friendly front desk staff.

They need to change carpets. Rooms stink until you run the AC. Also breakfast offers packed sausage sandwich and packed waffles, very very cheap. I had a very good experience at Chicago on same chain. Refrigerator doesn't work.

Had to be moved from one of the rooms because the tv did not work. The creamer and sugar for the coffee was open, the other room had no cups for coffee

I loved everything but I overslept for breakfast
