"Not So Convenient"

Television didn't have a signal half the times and the other half it didn't show all available channel's. The afternoon of the 13th the male desk staff was no help and was rude when I called to see how he could help fix the problem. Seeing as the point of staying the hotel was for comfort and convenience. He told me he didn't know what to tell me. So we had no TV for most of our stay. Also no place to sit things on in the restroom as a disabled person was kind of inconvenient.

The two main guys up front were absolutely amazing. I cant remember their names but they were the best. Anything i had to ask them they were right there with the best answers they could give me. I appreciate them.

Got there get our room keys my kids laid in bed and the bed was wet, I went and felt it and it was indeed wet and smelled like urine. We got another room and that room was decent, but when we went to the pool the water was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work totally disappointed as my kids love to swim.

"Convenient "

My family’s stay in Residence Inn by Marriot was good. They didn’t clean our room for five days due to Covid in which understandable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Jacuzzi, swimming pool and free breakfast is always a plus.
