"Ghosted me after missed stay."

Good location

I mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong dates. I didn't realize this until I started receiving review requests. I attempted to contact this hotel regarding my missed stay. Zero response. Booking.com told me I have to reach out to the hotel, they can do nothing. Marriott told me that since I booked through a 3rd party, they can do nothing. I've booked many nights through each websites. I called the hotel directly several times attempting to talk to a manager, They are never on site and have never returned my messages. They ignore my message attempts through this app. I've written off the $4xx dollars as poor customer service and shoddy management.

Clean, quiet suite with very comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for my stay. Complimentary breakfast was just the cherry on top!
