Empolyees were rude and the only reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub has been permanently closed for multiple months. Website should definitely be updated by now!

"No hot water to take a shower"

Apparently because they were booked solid during our stay they couldn’t accommodate us with any hot water on the morning of our departure. I’ve never heard of such

This Residence Inn was very nice! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and up to date. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in over the years!

Everything was great. The room, grounds, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The main reason I booked here was for the hot tub. Outside of that, Everything was great and we will be back.

"Ok stay"

Bed was broke. Had to be switched to a mew room. Hot tub was down which was very disappointing.
