"Very welcoming staff and a spacious room."

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered to get us hot water from the kitchen, brought us chess pieces and even offered food from their personal party. The room was spacious and clean. The main floor area was nice and cozy with fireplace and seating area.

The sofa was not comfortable and the kitchen table was very wobbly. The breakfast was just okay.

"A day away for"

Very friendly staff . Site is older but maintained well. Good location.

Overall great visit. Bars and restaurants near by. Site sits back off road. Quiet.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Staff was friendly and knowledgable of the area. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast onsite for the two mornings we were there. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Thanks for a great weekend!

"Issue eventually resolved, but it took a while"

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. I am receiving treatment for a medical condition which requires me to sleep in a cool room in order to be comfortable. During the first night, we realized the AC did not work properly, so I went down to the front desk to report the issue the next morning. We had the same issue the second night, so I had to go back to the front desk again the following morning. That day I got a call from the Regional Manager (?) asking for clarification about the problem. The problem was resolved that day so we could sleep comfortably the third night. The fact that we couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable room temp 2 of the 3 nights we were there is the reason for my ratings on room comfort/condition/service/etc.
