La Quinta Inn by Wyndham West Long Branch NJ Shore Area

I liked that you needed to have key access to get in and out at all points of the hotel. The pool was a nice bonus but was very dirty. The bed was comfortable and the ac unit worked great.

We stayed 5 nights and not once did we get towels, wash cloths or trash removal without getting it for our selves from the front desk. We had a phone and microwave in the room that did not work. We saw many cockroaches and could smell the neighbors cat box. The night staff was always felt like they were inconvenienced. Disappointing for sure. At least I had 5 great beach days.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and appointed with convenient appliances (refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot). Staff was wonderful. Convenient location

The breakfast is ok, considering the price point of this location. Staff was very nice, and I had one young man who searched 4 rooms to find me a hairdryer.

It would be good to make sure all rooms had hairdryers

I didn’t like how the room curtains were very visible dirty, the rug had a very bad odor, there was no coffee pot to brew coffee, no working telephone, no working tv, no body wash in the bathroom, freezer was moldy and dirty.
