Charged an extra 285.00 and still haven't received a response

Location was awkward to enter and exit but proximity was ok. Staff was pleasant.

Hot tub was not heated! No towels in pool area. Sign was altered to 1 year old and under needing supervision allowing young children unsupervised in pool.Dirty rusted chairs. Broken toilet seat, poor flushing mechanism. Worn , ripped carpet. Dingy yellowed sheets with old hard pillows. Phone had no cord and could not be used( were told they were all like that)WiFi was unstable. Received one coffee, one decade had to walk to front desk (no phone)key was easily demagnetized by cellphone. Breakfast had 30plus people in line waiting for meager replenishment. No yogurt, no bread, muffins ect. When brought out white bread only maybe half loaf. No eggs or sausage and when replenished it was half empty 1/4 pan of each. Syrup for waffles was placed near bread forcing people to search and backtrack down the line of people trying to toast bread. No coffee!!! Limited tables!!! All dirty!

The cost was not expensive.

My room was at the end of the hotel and there was no re entry because the card access devise was broken.

New room, clean and totally comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an added bonus~ Thank you - we'll be back!

No one at front desk, we sat outside in our car. A couple from Germany had been sitting in lobby for 3 hours waiting to check in at 3 pm. so they didn't have to pay $15 to check in early. Hallway carpet was dirty. There was a pile of refuse in hallway for 2 days. The noise coming from above our room was unacceptable. at 1 am. Tried to call front desk, phone not working. Got dressed and walked to front desk about the noise. No tub mat, was slippery. Were there for a funeral and had a 6 hour drive home with no sleep. Ugh.

The location was good

Poor customer service. Lack of basic necessities provided by every hotel in the planet. They would claim that they ran out of towels and wash clothes so you can’t have any. Day two they didn’t have butter at breakfast because they ran out 😌 If they give you soap, the man says ooo that’s enough you don’t get more, he would say that you have to use what he has since you don’t need more. That there was no more laundry.The bath soap is 0.75 fl oz. It was three of us. I had to insist to get enough soap for shower. The towels they give you are supposed to be white originally but that’s another topic. THE PHONES NEVER WORKED the entire stay and despite reporting nothing was ever addressed. There is no management there period! Pictures below prove how much soap you get and you have to keep asking for more every day 😒
