The staff was not helpful at all, the room smelled funny when we walked in, come to find out there’s what seems like chunks of throw up all up the side of the bed and all over the floor. We asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager was no where to be found and wont be back until after our stay. We asked for at least a discount or refund for the inconvenience and got vague communication in response.

Good staff. Room AC and TV worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Everything needs refreshing. TV and stationary cycle in fitness center didn't work. Printer in business center didn't work. Pool closed by health department. Breakfast below average for similar chain hotels.

Reserved here for the pool. Pool is out of order. Canceled the reservationafter speaking to the manager. Still was charged for the stay. Horrendous service. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE. Marriot was way better.

Not being charged for canceling when the reason we stayed was for the pool. Which was out of order. Victor the manager promised not to charge but still did. Such a pain.

There was an indoor pool

No soap,shampoo and hair dryer in our room, even though it said they're would be a hair dryer. The air conditioner was not working well.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice

The lady that check me in was very knowledgeable of the location and where other stores were.

The fact they have roaches and the breakfast was not put out right no utensils horrible breakfast no one to maintain it.

One elevator was far away on the opposite of side of hotel, even with a busted knee the stairs were more convenient. The complimentary breakfast 6-9 was terribly minimal, eggs were cold if there were any because they didn't keep stocked, unless you made a waffle. Apparently, this hotel is used as a halfway house. As a smoker, I was outside often and everyone I spoke to was just released from a facility of sorts. hospital, rehab or jail. We were the only traveling guests.
