Nothing

I was sold a room with a hot tub not only did I not get that they haven’t had a hot tub in a room in over two years. I checked in, went up to my room went down. Told the man I was sold one thing and did not get it and checked out hotel refuses to refund my money.

We was on time for the game it's very close 3 min walk for us the front desk guy was awesome we will be back soon..thanks let's goooo panthers my room was clean very friendly people we lost getting here i call front desk and the nice guy came out to help us he's very professional he's cool i forget his name my room was 406 I hope he read this u awesome i appreciate you thanks 😊
