had such a great experience during my stay! The staff were very nice and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the delicious complimentary cookies in the lobby, such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay.

"Everything was good so was staff from check in to breakfast"

Everything was great and they gave us cookies at the time of check in and a small snack. Staff was so friendly..

They charge us $35 to park that's something we didn't like parking should be discounted for guest

"Comfortable couple of days"

On arrival the parking situation was a little congested and confusing. Once parked, the lobby was small and really not suited to deal with more than 2 or 3 arriving guests. I arrived around 6pm and my room wasn't ready, which is not acceptable. Once in the room, it was very clean and pleasant. However, it had the strangest thin cloth shade that you could literally see through. At night i could see the cityscape through the shade. Certainly people could see in, so i always kept the lights off after dark. Overall the hotel was decent. It's obviously older and the rooms are a little tired, but it is clean and comfortable.

I always appreciate Ravon, Tyler, and the staff at the Hampton Uptown Charlotte. The rooms are clean, the service is welcoming and friendly, and when there is an issue (rarely) we are met with “We’ll take care of it!” Attitude. I continue to return and frequently visit Charlotte. I recommend to anyone traveling that they make this their home away from home.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The water in the shower gets really hot.

No lock on the bathroom door and no fan. The bathroom gets too steamy when showering.
