Friendly, low-key, with very well-maintained rooms that were very soundproof from outside noises. We had a room on the street, and immediately below the bar, but basically could hear neither with the window shut.

No se podia regular el agua caliente ( me dijeron q nunca habia pasado) , mi habitacion tenia una ventana pequeña y entraba muy poca luz

Nos encantó la ubicación, justo en el mero centro histórico, a pasos de restaurantes, cafeterías y el mercado Hidalgo. El desayuno muy rico y basto, a mi familia a mi nos encantó el servicio y calidad de los alimentos. La habitación muy cómoda y linda, no esperaba las amenidades en la habitación que eso es un plus.

Gorgeous property in a nice area

This is a great find of a hotel --- it is conveniently located, comfortable, has extremely nice staffing, and the rooms are really pretty. Loved everything about the hard and soft furnishings. The breakfast was superb. We actually had to tell our waiter on the 2nd day to reduce the portions. At this price point and higher you won't find a better place in Queretaro. We go to the City every year for Dia de los Muertos and this is the best place we have stayed. It even beats the pricier places.

Tout! Beaucoup de cachet. Ancienne maison reconvertie en hôtel avec un roof top offrant une vue sublime au petit dej ou pour un verre . Chambres parfaitement insonorisée. Personnel très serviable.

Hotel room was on the third floor with no elevator, right next to the stairs leading to the terrace restaurant. Very difficult for my eighty year old dad. It was noisy through out the night, the rooms were very humid 🥵, fans helped. Hot and cold nights. Won't probably stay here again.🤔

Nuestra estancia fue excepcional, el personal comenzando con Ceci , los del restaurante y todos en general excelente. El desayuno delicioso y abundante y con la amabilidad que te atienden es aún más. La terraza hermosa y la vista igual. Está rodeada de 7 Iglesias y el domingo fue un concierto de campanadas muy bonito.Ya habíamos estado en Querétaro y este es sin duda el mejor lugar. Esperamos regresar
