First and foremost, the welcoming hospitality by all the staff. Very clean, convenient with a fine touch of Mexican history in the heart of Queretaro. The terrace restaurant La Grupa has one of the best views of modern and historic Queretaro. The only suggestion would be to have cooling equipment in the rooms, not only ventilators.

The place is AMAZING.. super Clean all the Team is well organized GREAT GUEST SERVICE.. the Location is perfect you can walk to Everything plus the Restaurant on the Roof is a 5 star..

It is a 3star hotel, nice room and service.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property, excellent customer service and delicious hot breakfast. The surrounding area were the best. The only thing that is not making me go back to this hotel is the fact that I found 3 roaches in different occasions inside my room. These roaches are very easily transported and hard to get rid off.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location, walkable to Querétaro museums and restaurants. Second time at the hotel and will be definitely coming back

Bestes Hotelpersonal zu jeder Tageszeit, freundlich hilfreich, einfach super vom Nachtportier bis zum Frühstückspersonal.. Wer eine authentisch mexikanische Unterkunft sucht und mitten in der historischen Altstadt wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Das ich nur eine Nacht dort bleiben konnte;-)
