We had a little situation at another hotel. We needed to switch to Homewood Suites. Marina did such an amazing job taking care of us. She got us situated in an amazing room. She checked on us the next day. She was very kind. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The price of the room was great for us. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Marina😊

"Tasty food, big room, hot shower."

Marina from the front desk makes the difference between this hotel and others. She was constantly attentive and engaged with every guest to make their stay great. She plans out a social every Wednesday evening which my whole group enjoyed. I really looked forward to being greeted in a sincere way as we came and went.

All was good, until the charge you $15 for parking when you check out. Never mentioned when you check in. No need to charge for parking in this area. Just another way to get more money out of you. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice!

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a mobility room for my handicapped parents and upon check in they didn’t have one available! The toilet was so low it was hard to get on and off especially without grab bars! The beds were too hard as well. Not a pleasant stay overall.

"Front desk, Marina, is phenomenal."

The hotel is nice. They are remodeling, but it wasn't a bad experience. But mostly I will say that the front desk clerk, Marina, was beyond helpful with anything and everything that I needed. She definitely deserves a raise. This hotel is nice, and I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I will now always choose those hotel to stay (I travel for work) because of the service Marina gave me.
