Hotel was / is under renovation, as stated on the various signs entering and around the hotel. However, there is NO indication of being under renovation on the Hilton website!!! On the website, this is one of the most expensive hotels in the area. Why? You get NOTHING for the added cost ... felt I was taken advantage of / robbed! 1) Parking here is a mess at best, but they have no problem charging you to park there (even Diamond members, as which there was no Diamond member parking or insufficient parking). 2) No amenities are available, which is one reason the website noting the hotel under renovation is important. If the website says there is a fitness center/gym, a conference room, etc., then those items should be available for guests. They weren’t. 3) Website also indicates a hot breakfast. Waffles do not constitute a hot breakfast for many people. The breakfast area was under renovation. Something that would also be good to know when trying to book a stay. 4) The room was odd … sitting area/living room was cold, but the bedroom felt like the heat was on. Thermostat on the wall in the bedroom was dead. The one in the living area didn’t seem to make any difference to the AC Units. Finally figured out the units have their own controls on the unit. Here is another place sign indicating to adjust temps on the units would be good. 5) Showerhead is clogged with calcium. While there was plenty of water pressure, it was just frustrating to try to shower. 6) Getting a cup of nice hotel room coffee in the morning, yeah right. The sugar packet was hard, and the creamer was old and who knows when it was changed out last. All little amenities like this that have a shelf life should be replaced weekly, whether it’s needed or not. 7) False advertising claiming that Edwards Air Force Base is so close when it is not. The staff was friendly, but this hotel is just a major mess. I have stayed at other hotels that have been under renovation. Hilton brand hotels have a MAJOR issue not indicating that hotels are under rework on their website, which just upsets customers and members. Why is that? One difference with this hotel that I found the most frustrating is taking away pretty much ALL of the amenities while charging more for the stay.

Roomy and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Bbq pm site and available for cooking.

In the middle of a renovation and not made aware before arriving. However, the pool was open, which made it worth missing the fitness room.

I did like the fact that i booked this location mainly for my family to have a swim day and the pool was terrible. We couldn't swim at all. It looked like it haven't been clean for period of time. Will not be returning

Although the hotel was a good hotel, the parking was terrible because all the construction crew working on either this hotel or nearby places stayed at this hotel took up every other parking spot closest to the entry doors so I had to park closer to another hotel. Very inconvenient. The morning breakfast was not even mid level. The eggs were fake eggs, and the danishes were old and dry. Coffee creamer in my room was old, curdled in my coffee. Coffee was out at 7am in the lobby, and when I told the front desk they looked at me like “how dare you”.
