Our room was right next to the road, so it was very noisy. Because of that, we kept waking up throughout the night. For some reason, the main light in the bedroom wasn’t working, and there was no light at all in the bathroom. The hot water was also inconsistent - sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t.

The Oasis Palms is an "old Florida" styled hotel, with cottage/apartment style rooms. Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet resort,, no loud party noise making guests.. I wish it was right on the beach, but crossing the road is a much shorter distance than walking from the road or any of the hotels on the beach,, to the water, very wide beach. I don't think Booking.com made anything easier or cheaper. I normally call directly.

On the beach side would be better, and on Booking.com they put their price block right over where you would immediately notice it is not on the beach side.
