The fact that the fire alarm beat the entire time we were there the toilet would not fill up the tower in the back of the tank was bad the beds were broke

Nothing Shower half didn’t work Toilet tank leaking all the time Smoke detector beeping all the time Coffee machine water was yellow and there was mold in the bottom of water deposit

No breakfast,location very good. It was updated and remodeled, but still kept old school charm.

Only thing didn't like the pillows very uncomfortable,to big, to hard. The mattress was ok.we loved everything else. No Ice machine. Also, you could never get in touch with anybody always had to leave a message.The only way to book is to book online.You can't ask questions because they do not get back to you promptly.

Our suite was excellent! Clean and looked newly renovated.

It was difficult to have to check in at a specific time. We would have been glad to sit outside for the hour that we had to wait, however, wasn’t a restroom available to use & was told to go down the street to a Circle K instead.

Absolutely love the bed it was so comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable beachy vibe.

The hotel location was not what was stated online to the event we attended. There were no wash clothes in the room, No wash soap, toilet took to long to refill. When we asked the staff about these items they gave several answers that were unbelieveable. When we returned from the event the first night, they asked us to leave the property and they would refund the last nighs stay. I was blown away, so after all day and night at an event that we enjoyed and were very tired. We packed our items and left for a long ride home very disappointed. So because we made a complaint about simple services you expect when you pay for a room, your kicked out. I have yet to be refunded to the amount.
