Room was just ok, not updated. Pool was great just extremely cold, but it was clean.

Not updated, no room service such as towels. If you needed extra towels you had to go to front desk and ask for them.

It was a room.

On line it said hot tub in room it was not it was in a wellness area that closed at 4 I would have got a cheaper room . I picked that room just for the hot tub that did not exist.

Nicely upgraded decor in our room. Good bed linens and towels. Great location for the jazz festival.

Just like all of the lodging in that area the pricing was much higher than usual for Jazz Festival weekend.....but still their pricing was better than the other hotel chains. Some aspects of the facilities could use some maintenance....painting the steps etc.

bed was very comfortable (rm 132). tv worked well. quiet. close to Saratoga. Hotel supplied a shower chair which was very nice. Climate control worked well.

water in room tasted terrible. metallic. Wish there was more to "continental" breakfast (which continent?). Interior needs a bit upgrading. check that water- could be the old pipes.
