Paloma Perissia

Das Gebäude ist schon älter, wurde aber renoviert . Dennoch sieht man an manchen Stellen das Alter. Gestört hat mich, wie dunkel es innerhalb des Gebäudes ist. Es kommt wenig Licht rein (womöglich im Sommer gut, um nicht aufzuheizen?!) beim Buffet hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich. Es wird Stundung geputzt, sodass es immer und überall sauber ist. Auch beim Programm, das abends geboten wird, ist für jede Altersgruppe etwas dabei. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, aufgrund des Alters jedoch nicht für jemanden geeignet der auf das Neueste steht. Die Strandlage ist übrigens perfekt !

I was disappointed with the food. Too many similar stew type foods for my liking, breakfast was good, chicken seemed to be re-cooked and ended up tough, I had a roll that was raw dough inside, vegetable curry tasted like very sweet cheese. I am not a fussy eater and never usually leave food that I choose from a buffet but left my food multiple times here. I’m sorry to write this but they don’t seem to have the balance or choice quite right here and for that reason I likely won’t return

Absolute bliss 🌳🌴🌲🍃 serenity with luxury at its best. We booked our 4 days short break with Paloma perissia & we have enjoyed and still enjoying our stay here. ❤️👌 Hotel is perfect all-rounder. Top level service by all the staff members - from Reception to the kitchen & cleaning. They are welcoming and always happy to help. 🌟 Food - even a week won't be enough for everything they offfer. Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine. Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively. Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍 All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟 Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions. Private beach and beach bar 🍻 hotel grounds are so lush green 💚 with very well maintained grass & trees. Entertainment team are amazing. Everyday different games , lige performance, live music & dj with full blast energy. 🎯🎲🥁🎤 Will definitely come back to paloma Perissia.

The food was excellent. Hotel comfortable and staff friendly.

My taxi booking with booking.com was messed up on the way out then did not turn up on the way back so I had to order another taxi and pay for after I had already paid booking.com. I will be submitting a formal complaint and claim.

The room was clean, but sometimes got a bad smell like sewage, the air-conditioning was bad, It made the room cool too late, but the staff were very very kind. The foods was really good. But there were some sweets.

The food was fantastic

The staff were great, especially Mustafa Bey who was so helpful.

Hotel The common areas like the reception and some parts of the lobbies are refurbished and modern looking or in some places refurbished but in a classic style e.g the area where the cars are. Other areas may seem a little outdated. Rooms I booked a room with sea view and at first we got a room with a view on the garden. I had a chat with the ladies at the reception and our room was changed next day with no issues, now with a sea view looking west. The rooms has been refurbished (e.g the bathrooms) a couple of years ago, but the furniture is a little dated. In our rooms there were little couches which needs at least a deep clean so we did not use them. Staff Generally the staff is very kind and helpful, but expect a language barrier as apart from the ladies at the reception the English knowledge is an issue. Security There are security staff at the hotel entrance checking who is entering the building and also at the beach. I found that the security at the pool area is also good. Restaurants The main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner operates in a buffet system, large selection of food, but 90% of it is the same every day. There are different local foods avaialble as well on a daily basis. I generally found the food good quality with some exceptions (e.g the lunch meats at breakfast). During the day snacks are avaialble but 99% only sweets, cakes and cookies. There were some sandwiches as well. Three bars are operating during the day, one of them next to the pools. Three a la carte restaurants are also available but should be booked in advnace, Quentine (beach), Wabi Sabi (Asain in the main building), and Curio (steak restaurant with additional charge). We tried the Quentine but apart from the good location it was the same rush feeling as the main restaurant. Pools There are three main pools and one small pool with slides for kids. There are activities during the day at the pool area. Paloma Waterpark is also great with fee transfer.

Some furniture in the rooms (small couches) were so dirty that we did not use it at all. It is pretty much impossible to get a place at the sunbeds. If you get there at 08:00 in the morning you are late, no sunbeds. Officially you can reserve sunbeds from 07:00 but who wants to get up before 7:00 on vacation? It made me really mad every morning, at least I was up an running without coffee.

We had a lovely trip to Paloma Perissia! It was clean, had good facilities and the food was great. There was plenty of space around the pool and lots of activities. There was also a really fun aqua park at a neighbouring hotel The staff were very friendly and even left special touches in our room!

They were keen to sell us a massage on the first few days, and were quite persistent, despite us not being interested
