Well located in Parnell. Many restaurants and other facilities in walking distance.

Can be a bit noisy with trucks and buses.

"Short but sweet - Parnell is very central and gave us the opportunity to walk to some very lovely parts of Auckland."

we always enjoy our stay here, close to everything

lacking in amenities like coffee tea and sugar. we booked for 4 adults but only 3 towels and one hand towel. the beds are too soft, need upgrade beds to medium for comfort and the couches need to be up bit higher, legs are too low so when you sink to back very hard to prop yourself back out to stand up.

Great location and good value - especially on a weekend when you don't have to pay for parking

Receptionist had left a note on reception desk - away for five minutes. It was more like ten which was frustrating as we were in a hurry. Didn't apologise at all for not being there. We were in a two bedroom apartment in a corner where the second bedroom had a tiny little window that looked out on a wall. Not that great for the price we were paying for it.
