Came here on a caledonian coach trip and my stay here was a good one. The room and whole hotel is really clean and modern,staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast was fab. The only downside was the dinner that was served on the night as the amount of food served wasn't enough for how many people were staying there and wasn't much choice. I would be happy to stay here again 😊

Very clean and well serviced hotel. Slightly basic and didn't have much amenities and facilities, but they haven't advertised that. Will definitely go back again

I'd rate this a 4 out of 5 nice clean rooms but the key cards are a bit of bother the breakfast is really good for a hotel breakfast definitely get your moneys worth the tea is alright definitely could have been more selection but other than that the hotel looks stunning and the rooms are no different

Overall a good experience. Only downside was that the dinner menu on Friday night was “curry or curry”. We walked up to the Duke of Gloucester pub 5 minutes away which was very good. So, plus points. Easy booking. We joined the Accor membership many years ago and we got the small member discount. Breakfast is buffet style and an absolute bargain for what you get. Including a Saturday night stay, which always seems much more expensive than any other night, we paid £250 for 3 nights for 2 people inc breakfast. Room basic, but had an excellent large walk in shower (apparently all rooms do). Staff extremely pleasant, a smaller from everyone. You do need to log your car details on arrival.

Really like this property and have stayed here multiple times now. Like the feel of the hotel, the staff and also the area. I usually choose this over closer options to where i am going the following day as i know it pretty well and exactly what i am going to get. Have previously reviewed through other sites and still remains a 10/10 for me. Eddie is always a great help and good to catch up with him, he remembered my son's milk allergy on sight. Always a comfortable, spacious and enjoyable stay. We did have a little more time this visit too so took advantage of the fitness room which was great. The weather wat particularly warm this time too and could have done with some air conditioning, but it want a huge issue. Great breakfast and other food / drink options and plenty of parking available too. Will definitely be back... again!!

Food was very nice, room was comfortable, perfect for a quick stop over.

Basic room at an average price . Bathroom could have been cleaner , tap needed contstant running as popup plug didnt work properly in the small sink . A fridge would have been good but not a problem as very little time was spent in the room . Most importantly bed was clean and comfortable but needs more pillows . Hotel was lovely and quiet with decent parking and decent views from the room . Quite close to good amenities. Ideal for a cheapish weekend away
