One night before a 108 mile bike ride, perfect for a decent kip.

Pros: - Friendly staff - amazing food - remote location - quiet - clean throughout the whole hotel - good varieties for breakfast Cons: - wooden floor in room (cold floor) - doors didnt shut properly - dog at breakfast buffet table (not keen of dogs around food)

Nice and easy check in. Staff incredibly polite and helpful

The best thing about this place is the staff – they’re super friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request and gave us a quiet room, which was much appreciated. We were also allowed to order a take away, to eat in the room. We were given plates and cutlery from the breakfast area which was a nice touch. The breakfast was simple, but since there weren’t many guests, I understand that more food might go to waste. The rooms are spacious enough, and I liked being able to open a window. The only downside was the lack of ventilation or an extractor fan in the bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay that suited our needs, and we’ve already booked another visit. Mum, traveling with son.

Single Bed far too small. More pilows needed/ordered but didnt arrive. Staff very nice.

Great service all round. Reception team especially Liz (?) was excellent. Very doggy friendly which was excellent.

Excellent hotel for a short stay. Rooms were a good size and clean. Breakfast was good, with a good selection
