ibis Styles Crewe

I stayed for 6 nights for business purposes. Room and en suite were clean and functional but the mattress was firm, if you sleep on your sides you may not find it too comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and there were generally five hot options: eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and beans, along with cereals, bread, croissants. Sometimes there was fruit. On one day eggs were served on demand, on another burger patties were served instead of sausages. Probably best to plan ahead if you're a vegan. I never used the evening or all-day food options but there are some decent takeaways and pubs nearby, I give an honourable mention particularly to The Hawk Inn in Haslington.

For work. Got there late and left early. Both scenarios were catered for perfectly. Staff were excellent.

Having stayed atbother IBIS hotels, this compares very favourably It was clean, modern and good value

Pros: Modern and stylish, not expensive, spotlessly clean, dog friendly, staff were the friendliest we have come across on our travels and were great with our dog, you can take your dog in part of the restaurant, food was nice and not overpriced, plenty of space to take the dog for a walk, quiet area. The whole hotel was very clean. It looked lovely decorated for Christmas at the time. Cons: I genuinely can't think of any. We loved it here.

Was clean and staff helpful.

We booked this hotel due to its proximety to Crewe Train Station for a weekend break visiting friends in Manchester. The room was clean and tidy however the bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress hard and only 1 pillow provided per person with a second provided by reception upon request. We found the room temperature to be too warm even with the window open and radiator off and could hear other guests talking and smoking in the car park until the bar closed. The first day we arrived at the breakfast buffet early and everything was well stocked and fresh however on our second day we arrived at 9am (an hour before it finished) and almost everything had run out with seemingly only 1 member of staff on duty unable to keep up with demand. Overall our stay was good and as expected for what we paid, ideally located for the train station and just a short drive into the beautiful town of Nantwich.

The staff where lovely and very helpful when asked questions. The food was nice and affordable.The rooms where clean and comfortable and I got a good sleep in the bed. The price was good and affordable.I would highly recommend it as it was good.

The lunch menu was limited and the evening menu was basic but a great place to stay in Crewe.

Stayed here before and after train trip from Crewe. Hotel is a brisk 12 min walk from station. Keep in mind that it is located on a business park and there do not seem to be any shops, pubs or restaurants nearby. Everything with my stay was satisfactory and as expected.

Room was clean, comfortable and everything worked.
