Casa Valeria Boutique Hotel

Ok first of all they lock the gate every night so you have to wake up the guard to open the gate to go out then you have to wake him up again to let you in that was every night . I personally wont be staying there again . .

The staff took care of me. I felt very safe there. However, as a solo traveler with limited funds, I spent many days in my room.

I like the location. Its clean and i feel safe.

I had stayed at this hotel four times before and always had a good experience, so I was shocked at how badly we were treated this time. This was my first visit with family instead of just my husband, and from the start, it felt like we weren’t welcome. From the moment we arrived, we asked if we could use the grill and were told yes. Based on that, I spent over $200 on food and supplies to enjoy a BBQ with my family. But later, the owner suddenly made up an excuse and refused to let us use it. Later, around 8 PM, she told us we had to leave the pool — something that had never happened during my previous stays. Her daughter was especially disrespectful and unprofessional. We weren’t making any noise, just quietly enjoying time as a family. Meanwhile, the owner was drinking with her friends and clearly didn’t like that we were there. This experience ruined what used to be one of my favorite spots. Very disappointing and definitely won’t return.

Walking threw a tree to get into my room... Loved it...

The property was clean and close to a beach s well as shopping. While small, it served our needs.
