Nice hotel great staff service

I have been staying at Casa valeria for the past 8 years and i must say its one of the best in El batey area. Staff is friendly and willing to assist with your needs and the owner Frank interact with the guest making it a home away from home.

Very Nice Stay

I’ve been staying at this place for two years and I met the owner but surprisingly enough the guy switches my room to accommodate his visiting friends to a lesser smeller room. I get it, it’s ya friends you wanna look out for them but you’re so obvious about it. This people actually came into the lobby after I was told I needed to switch rooms. No reason given but it was apparent. I probably would have didn’t too but it still was bad for me, luckily for me I always stay at a much nicer place in caberte to sleep. That will be my last time staying there.

Fantastic staff. Walking distance to everything you need including the beach

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Casa Valeria in Puerto Plata. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything I wanted to explore. From the charming rooms to the great food and relaxed vibe, every moment was a pleasure. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic experience in the Dominican Republic.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. No complaints

Staying at Casa Valeria was an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with warmth and the staff provided us with a free welcome drink. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The free breakfast was delicious and the dinners were even better. I definitely recommend Casa Valeria to visitors to Sosúa.
