OMG. I have been a Starwood/Marriott Platinum traveler for 25 years and have always enjoyed staying at W hotels. Not this one. The lobby is a construction zone. I had to strain to hear the receptionist over the construction noise. The gym is closed. We tried to take a shower before heading out on the town, but the water was lukewarm. I tried to call down on the phone, but the phone had died. At breakfast, the pastries were so stale that they were completely inedible. Clearly, I didn't get the message to avoid this hotel. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake...
