"1 night stay in Brighton"

Lovely stay in Torres room. We were on the thrid floor, so nice and quiet, and having no lift was not an issue for us. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, fabulous big bathroom with bath and shower, and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious too. We parked in nearby NCP car park, and this was only a few minutes walk away. Perfect for our 1 x night trip to Brighton. I wish we could have stayed longer.

"Great hotel not great room"

Great location and the team were very friendly and professional The room condition was comfortable but the room itself I don’t like.. only windows were in the ceiling which I did t like at all and would avoid staying non this room in the future

"Amazing hotel "

Amazing Room, great amenities for our baby - cot, changing mat and nappy bin was in our room. We loved every second of our stay. Highly recommend!! We even got a complimentary drink as it was my husband’s birthday.

Staff fine but room decor disappointingly grotty and uncared for - leaking brown goo from radiator, peeling ceiling in shower, chipped paint, stained carpet. Only one pillow each on bed (two in cupboard) and light stuck on in wardrobe. Room was Louis Jadot.

Amazing hotel! Amazing service, only downer was that it was quite loud in the morning, sadly the windows aren’t the best.
