Clean, good facilities. The pool and food is very good. Staff is so friendly. Mr Mohamed Ali from the guest relation and Mohamed, Ahmed on the front desk are supportive. To be honest all of them are professional and friendly

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality getaway. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming but genuinely go above and beyond to assist guests in every possible way. Their professionalism and warmth made the stay feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s activities and aqua facilities are exceptional – well-organised, fun, and perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Room service was equally impressive: efficient, helpful, and always delivered with a smile. The food deserves a special mention – every day offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and catering to many different tastes. It was a real culinary highlight of our stay. I would especially like to thank Kasem at reception for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure that guests were well taken care of. His dedication truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, this is a hotel that delivers genuine 5-star service across every aspect. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, excellent hospitality, and great facilities – this is the one. Highly recommended!
