Сразу скажу был в Египте более 30 раз ,а этот Отель удивил с первых минут своей заботой о гостях , особое внимание гостевого менеджера по имени Zaina ,нам дали номер с повышением категории , ! Минибар без платно! Комплимент от отеля бутылка вина хорошо качества, фрукты, и разные сладости , и это без всяких доплат! Я был очень приятно удивлен но при выселении тоже были подарки , разные фигурки и пирамидки ! Спасибо большое этому отелю ! Обязательно сюда приеду и буду советовать своим друзьям!

Вкусная и разнообразная еда! Хорошее место расположение , приветливый и заботливый персонал! Чистота !

"Un sejour chaleureux et lumineux en Égypte au cœur de l’hiver"

J’avais choisi cet hôtel pour faire une étape entre hurghada et le parc national tout au sud, et finalement j’ai choisi d’y rester jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour, car la baie est absolument magnifique. Le Jaz Neo Dar El Madina offre des prestations supérieures, l’accueil, le confort et le service y sont excellents. Je remercie tout particulièrement Adel à la réception qui m’a proposé de me surclasser et qui a été d’une grande aide et d’une incroyable gentillesse durant tout mon séjour. Je remercie également Tanja du service relation qui veille sur tout ce petit monde avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme.

L' accueil et les services. Le suivi des guests. Le personnel est aux petits soins.Tt le staff est très professionnel. Les buffets sont très bien. L'hôtel est à dimension humaine, ce qui lui confère une ambiance familiale.

Die Sauberkeit der Anlage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind sehr besonders. Omar, der Manager für die Gäste, gibt einem gleich zu Beginn des Aufenthalts bei einem Willkommensgetränk wertvolle Tipps und ist immer präsent, um Fragen zu beantworten und Dinge zu regeln.
