"Comfortable room, but stank"

The bed was comfortable and the service at reception was great, but the air vents are all linked and cigarette smoke filled my room every morning at 7 am. As the smell of cigarette smoke actually makes me Want to throw up, it wasn’t the best start to each day.

I loved the property, small and cute. Staff were lovely, chatty and helpful even at 2am. The only thing which would of been easier is having a kettle in the room but i think thats just me. Would go back if in Tromso.

Comfortable but small rooms. We were given an upgrade to a different hotel, without checking with us first, which sounds like a bonus but was further away from where we wanted to stay.

"Excellent"

This hotel is close to the centre of town. The bathroom was very small with no where to put anything. The shower folded in and out over the bathroom floor. The bathroom was in poor condition- towel rail broken, glass shelf was no longer there. No where to plug the hair dryer in front of a mirror.

It was a clean room with good service at the desk. There were no frills to the hotel, but if you want a place to sleep and adventure during the day this was great.

Location and the service from the staff are good. Washroom is small and old especially the washbasin. No slipper and electric kettle were provided.
