Excellent location for Theatres ,Seafront and Town centre a short walk away . Breakfast was very nice ,plenty of selection ,cooked breakfast excellent . Service very good ,polite staff . Pleasant dining room . Parking a real bonus

Only draw back was no lunch time or evening food available during time of our stay . But staff did kindly recommend eateries near to the hotel .
