A little overpriced

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and under normal circumstances I would have left a positive review. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by an unacceptable incident — the night audit manager was caught on my vehicles security cameras keying my vehicle during my stay. Management reviewed the footage, confirmed what happened, and apologized. They offered me 5,000 Bonvoy points as compensation, but I don’t feel that comes close to making up for the lack of security or the violation of trust. A guest’s property should be safe on hotel grounds — especially from hotel staff. I cannot recommend this property until serious steps are taken to ensure this never happens again.

Great

Hotel was very nice overall, but be advised that the jacuzzi (shown in hotel pictures next to the indoor pool) is now gone/paved over. Not the end of the world, but I was using the hotel as a "home base" during some stressful medical testing, and had chosen this hotel looking forward to de-stressing a bit in the jacuzzi afterwards. Overall a very nice hotel, just maybe need to update their pics on this website.

Nothing Nada

The service was very bad, it was not clean, we did not have shampoo or soap in the bathroom, there were cockroaches, in other hotels they leave us water, in this reservation that was not cheap, we did not have water, the room had a very bad smell, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a duct where the cockroaches came out El servicio fue muy malo, no estaba limpio, no teníamos shampoo o jabón en el baño, habían cucarachas, en otros hoteles nos dejan agua , en esta reservación que no fue barata, no teníamos agua, el cuarto tenía un muy mal olor, el baño sucio, y había un ducto donde salían las cucarachas

The room was very spacious and clean. Check-in was fast and friendly

The listing says that it has an electric vehicle charger, and it does not. I wouldn't have booked this if the listing were correct.

We booked for a quick trip but the staff was absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming. Everything is nice and clean and the food is great as well!
