Very good boating hotel

We were very excited to visit Scrub Island for a night on our vacation. While everything was fine, the staff very friendly and the food ok the general vibe of the place is tired. For the price I am shocked that it is rated 4.5 stars. You can def do better for $1200 a night!

Amazing time! We spent a night mid week on our charter. The marina was great. We did however get a very narrow spot , for first time captains I would recommend having the staff come aboard. We spent the day swimming at the pools and took the shuttle to the other beach. The other beach was currently under construction and had a very small pool. My family did however love the water slide at the main pool, and thought it was so fun that the pool never closes( warning it may be noisy for hotel guests). The market had a wonderful selection and helpful staff. Make sure to take advantage of the free water taxi to trellis bay and marina key. It was wonderful that the paddle boats and kayaks are included with your stay . Can’t wait to come back!

We loved Scrub Island!! We booked the Governors suite and definitely was worth it-pricey but not as much as you pay for a room like that at some resorts! Everyone working there was lovely-and please everyone don’t forget-you are on Island time-this is not NYC-so just relax! Georgia the concierge is the sweetest most helpful person-she coordinated all our excursions and transfers for us and made it all possible-thank you to Georgia-u are a gem! The hotel may need a bit of a sprucing and is def a bit remote but i still highly rec!!!

I had an incredible stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Elixander, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, his attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism stood out. He ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself was fantastic. The energy throughout the property was vibrant and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I can’t recommend this resort enough, and I will definitely be returning. Beautiful scenery, small island that is walkable for exercise with a view, great restaurant, staff quite not particularly outgoing. Fun to watch the marina traffic and north beach was the bomb. Andy

Great if you are looking to add a few days to bookend a charter sail trip out of scrub or Tortola. Extremely convent to Tortola airport. Food and service was ok, employees mean well, training/service a bit off. Spectacular beach on other side and great hiking
