They forget to put towel in our room 2 times Bathroom wasn’t clean stay 9 night but still lady hair in my bathtub corner with out cleanup

Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Not many other guests, most often we were the only ones eating in the restaurant. Food was always prepared fresh for us. Very clean. Good location

After making a review on Hotels.com on the check in experience, i was contacted by the hotel Managment to solve the problems and they solved it. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I also give the restaurant staff 3/5.

"Dirty Hotel, Poor Service, Unprofessional "

I stayed in the hotel for 3 week (21 Days), Dirty Hotel, The Pillow was uncomfortable at all, I asked the Guest Service many times to change it, but they told me the didn't have another type of size of the pillow, the restaurant don't have variety of food, the laundry service was poor, every time i asked them to iron my t-shirt they bring it back without anything changed and i asked them to make them iron again!
