Helnan Dreamland Hotel & Conference Center

Everything was good except the gate's security they appeared a little bit loose when asking for my driving licenses each time I enter the hotel in order to verify my identity. This seemed very obvious at night shift, the officer was asking me if they photo copied my licenses or not !! , my answer was simply i don't know it's you job. He was a bit rude while asking for my driving licenses.

Nice and relaxing time. Staff very helpful, especially pool attendant and restaurant staff. Security is very good as the hotel is on a compound. Excellant facilities and real value for money. Dreamland park is very close which has some shops and a bank.

Security made me feel so safe since they have a guard dog , look in car trunks and ask for the drivers license . Hotel is clean and staff members are eager to help . My room was very big. Hotel has a nice restaurant and beautiful pool. Some times they have live music at night . The breakfast buffet is sure to please everyone with it's variety of foods. Hotel is located in a quiet new city that has an amazing new mall. Mall of Egypt is only a five minute drive away. Hotel is also right next to a big theme park. I would definitely return .

Good hotel , Staff are lovely , Room are big & clean

The rooms are in an average condition. The hotel needs a renovation. Carpet was badly stained . No internet in the rooms only in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is good. Hotel is in a quite area.

we had a business trip , and needed a quite place to have a rest after a busy day, unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms

I checked in around 11 pm. There was no problem except I asked for a attached room but they misunderstand as not connected. The night supervisor resolved The issue really quick.

I had to stay 6 nights but I had to pay for 7 (??). The payment should be done at the end not at the first day (check-in) even the booking was for more nights.

Everything was perfect

It was great though the restaurant could do with better organizing and new methods to cope with over crowding, as the staff were very friendly but obviously rushed off their feet, as for example they had to bring the milk for tea etc at breakfast time in little kittles. that could be avoided by using a container like other hotels. and the room cleanliness with not the best as the fridge smelt badly but when we asked for it to be cleaned properly they cooperated nicely.
