Dåligt städade rum med avföring kvar från tidigare gäster. Hår på golvet etc. Sängar skulle behöva en bäddmadrass då man känner alla fjädrar. Kuddar är mest bara klumpar. Frukost knappt ätbart helt utan smak.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu na Pregołą w pobliżu katedry. Parking ogólnodostępny, bezpłatny. Smaczne śniadania, bezpłatny dostęp do centrum SPA.

Apart from some of the reception staff having a bad attitude. The hotel is very comfortable and value for money. Breakfast is good but a bit pricey.

This is a very pleasant hotel in the Fishing Village; probably the best part of Kaliningrad to stay; it's beautiful & peaceful. Many rooms have river views, some have little balconies; with views of Kant Island & the Cathedral. It's a couple of mins walk to Kant Island. It's a further 20 min walk to Victory Sq, the centre of Kaliningrad; a pleasant walk that goes through the main shopping street, Leninisky. The food at the hotel is excellent, especially the local fish specialties; & beds are comfortable. Receptionists speak English. I've stayed in a few hotels in Kaliningrad, & this is my favourite.

Отличный отель со СПА в живописном месте. Впечатление портили сотрудники полиции и Росгвардии на улицах города. Впечатление от обслуги дописать к пиву из минибара ещё и энергетики. Которые я в принципе не употребляю!

The hotel is perfectly fine. Service was good, the room was clean. The river view from the room was probably the highlight for us. The decor is a little dated but it was in fine condition. We didn't try the restaurant or spa so can't comment on them but spa options seemed comprehensive.

Room is neat and excellent, slippers are included. We enjoyed the river view and Konigsberg Cathedral. Hotel is clean, quiet and breakfast is very good. Almost all staffs speaks good English (I thought I have to use my limited Russian to привет but in turn just English is all right!)

This hotel is in a cute location, close to local attraction and within walking distance of the city centre. The bed comfort was ok. Overall clean room and hotel however the walls are very thin. I heard everything from above and next to me. I was on the 3rd floor. I loved all the ammenities and breakfast was amazing. I would have given it a higher rating had it not been for all the noise...it really took away from my experience.
