Hotel Kaiserhof

The hotel is well-situated, on the bank of the river, very close to the Cathedral and Kant Island. It is only a short stroll to the city centre. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Daria, who arranged for an English-speaking guide to take us round town, and Mikhail, who helped with our rental car. The breakfasts are substantial and high quality.

Excellent hotel in Kaliningrad, good location away from the hassle in the centre, large and well equipped room and excellent spa area with small swimming pool hot tub, steam bath and sauna.

I had a great stay in this hotel. I lived in Delux room and it was amazing: clean, light, big and super comfortable room, there was a really nice bathroom. The only problem is with a view, if you don't want to pay extra money for river-view room, be ready to watch grey and not the most pretty buildings and a road out from your window (but it's not really busy so don't be afraid of the noise). Breakfast was alright, not the best one, though. Location is really good, supermarket is across the road, places where to walk, the river and Cathedral are also very close. Staff working in the hotel is very helpful and polite.

A hotel with nice location, new building and clean tidy rooms. The service in the restaurant though leaves quite a bit of room for improvement: too slow and not very attentive for a 4 star hotel.

This is relatively new hotel that provides quality accommodation and offers a brilliant breakfast. Staff speak English relatively well. It is quite a big hotel and seems underrated at 3.5 stars - great value for money. Key tourist points are spread out so you will require the use of public transport - trams go past the door (though didn't use them).

PERFECT SERVICE IN ANYWAY

The hotel is very clean and modern with a beautiful view to an important bridge from German times and a nice river (that was frozen when I was there). Good service, clean and new rooms and safe atmosphere.

Quiet and convenient location close to major Kaliningrad attractions: Immanuel Kant museum & Organ Hall on the Kneiphof island, the Museum of History and Arts and the World Ocean Museum (situated a little far but in the walking distance). Other must sees/visits like Kaliningrad Amber Museum are in 10-15 minutes by taxi drive. Buffet breakfast (included in the price) might be changed to a la carte (as it was in my case) but its not a big issue.

Very well sutuated for leisure and, probably, for business too. Center of the city with the magor touristic sites in about 30 minutes of walk. Resonable weekend rates.
