Attention to detail. For example the bathroom was well planned. Exceptional quality breakfast. Helpful advice on the area, restaurants etc. Availability of chilled water, biscuits, fresh milk and extra tea, coffee etc 24/7. 2 comfortable lounges.

James was very understanding when we were late in arriving. The B&B is charming and welcoming. Both the ensuite and bedroom was spotlessly clean and there are coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast!

The sink in the bedroom, but that really is just a small thing and didn't detract from our stay.
