Lovely hosts, exceptionally clean with a wide range of toiletries and items on hot drinks trays. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Lack of parking a slight inconvenience.

We received a very warm welcome from James and were immediately offered a cup of tea and slice of lemon drizzle cake. There was a very welcoming atmosphere as soon as we went through the door.

There was everything we could have asked for and probably more. The comfort of the guest lounges was very welcome after a day sightseeing.

Parking difficult until we read leaflet as to where to park

Host’s were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely property, nice rooms, comfortable beds, great tea and coffee making facilities and a lovely bathroom with all the toiletries you could possibly need. The host were superb and welcomed us with tea and cake in the very comfortable lounge. Lots of tourist information and maps for local trails. Hope to get a chance to go back.

Jane & James have given their property the personal touch. Everything had been thought of from fresh chilled water and milk available in the fridge to the pre ordered cooked breakfast option freshly cooked at your requested breakfast time to avoid food waste. Nothing was too much trouble they were so friendly which made you instantly relax and enjoy your stay. Offering recommendations for dining or places to visit to explore the local area. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

All of the facilities of a hotel but with the ambience, and comfort, of staying with friends.
