Early check-in from 13:00 is possible for a surcharge of GBP 30. If you require early check-in please add this in the special requests. Prior approval is required from the property as the property is closed until 15:00. Check-in before 13:00 is not possible. Early Check In – allows you to check in from 12 noon (normally 15:00pm or 3pm) Late Check Out – allows you to check out up until 12 noon (normally 10.30am) Late Check In – allows you to check in up until 22:00pm or 10pm (normally 21:00pm or 9pm) Subject to availability. Additional charge of £15 per room applies. Simply put a request to the property in advance. Breakfast is available 08:30 to 10:00 AM everyday. When booking more than 5 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Some Double, Twin and Family Rooms are for multi-use, so may have additional beds in them. Guests will only be charged for what is booked, and not for these additional beds. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hubert House in advance. Laundry services can be arranged with the property to collect in the mornings by prior arrangement. Additional charges will apply. Please note bicycles cannot be stored anywhere indoors and there is no rack in the parking area. The property may not be suitable for cyclists.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent"

A very old house renovated to be a guest house. On the corner next to White Horse Pub and just down the hill from Dover Castle. Location is great. Narrow stairs to each room. Well-cared for property. We were treated very well.

"Exceptional"

Very walkable to area locations. Historically old but cleanest place I think I have ever stayed. Remember that many places don't have AC and this is one but fans in rooms with full length window open to balcony in our room. Narrow stairway to rooms if that means anything to anyone. Was fine for us. Breakfast was buffet style, tasty and we still had personal attention with refills, etc. Host made sure we had transportation to the cruise port.

"Dover Heights of Excellence"

I had a wonderful stay here. Sarah is an absolute gem of a hostess. She had excellent recommendations of things to see and do, and places to eat, etc. I was in a difficult situation on the second day of my stay, and she went above and beyond the call of duty, to help me. Thank-you so much. I will never forget this. The room was at the very top of the building, up 4 flights of stairs, and this meant that the views over the city were superb. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The room was also equipped with a useful fridge. The bathroom was a really good size, and had both a bath and a shower, with excellent shower pressure. The place is within walking distance of some excellent attractions in the town. HIGHLY recommended!

Great location, really friendly welcome. Family room was great for our stay before catching the ferry early the following day. We loved the evening snacks and handmade takeaway picnic for our early ferry since it was too early to get breakfast - very kind and considerate of the host. Would highly recommend, thanks for our stay ☺️

"Very pleasant spot when landing in Dover"

"Very good place to stay"

Lovely clean room Very friendly staff Even though didn't book breakfast as was leaving early for ferry, they left egg rolls near door for us when leaving. Lovely gesture.

Bed was a bit squeaky as wooden, but mattress was comfortable.
