Early check-in from 13:00 is possible for a surcharge of GBP 30. If you require early check-in please add this in the special requests. Prior approval is required from the property as the property is closed until 15:00. Check-in before 13:00 is not possible. Early Check In – allows you to check in from 12 noon (normally 15:00pm or 3pm) Late Check Out – allows you to check out up until 12 noon (normally 10.30am) Late Check In – allows you to check in up until 22:00pm or 10pm (normally 21:00pm or 9pm) Subject to availability. Additional charge of £15 per room applies. Simply put a request to the property in advance. Breakfast is available 08:30 to 10:00 AM everyday. When booking more than 5 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Some Double, Twin and Family Rooms are for multi-use, so may have additional beds in them. Guests will only be charged for what is booked, and not for these additional beds. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hubert House in advance. Laundry services can be arranged with the property to collect in the mornings by prior arrangement. Additional charges will apply. Please note bicycles cannot be stored anywhere indoors and there is no rack in the parking area. The property may not be suitable for cyclists.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
