"Lovely break"

Great hotel, perfect location for the South Downs way. We completed Amberley to Housedean farm sections from here with friends and dogs. Staff very friendly and welcoming, lovely food.

"Peaceful, country style hotel very lovely , special."

A charming stay with a traditional, old-fashioned feel, complemented by modern amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of cooked options, from a full English to poached eggs on toast with lovely fresh bread. Set in beautiful English countryside, it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Good choice of tv channels and working WiFi ! Easily a 10/10.

No complaints at all. We had a genuinely lovely stay.

Breakfast was superb and served really quickly. All staff were friendly and attentive. Location was lovely and really quiet.
