KWThe location is amazing and the room is extremely well sound proofed. Though we were directly overlooking a school yet we almost heard no noise. The staff are nice and friendly and the pool is great plus the hotel is well maintained.
No trolleys to help us with the luggage and not even a concierge. Room cleaning service quality is highly dependent on the person handling the task on that day. In other words, one day we had the room extremely well cleaned and the other day it was very poorly performed.
