The hotel is situated in a nice area, close to shops and the highway is easily accessible. They have own parking which you can use if there is space available, if not you can find some parking spots in the nearby streets. The place was clean, but what made the difference was the staff. Each and every of them very helpful and ready to assist with any issues you might have. Staff is the reason not to give lower score.

The building itself is more than 50 years old and definitely far away from the current standards, but it's okay. Rooms are clean, though quite outdated with insufficient number of outlets. Bathroom is of a good size, though having a bathtub is only a hassle as you can slip and trip over. There was no liquid soap near the sink which is inconvenient. I went for the all-inclusive option, which honestly is not worth the money. If you expect Turkish or Black see all-inclusive style with plenty of dishes for each meal, you'll be disappointed. The variety of foods was quite limited, but the quality was satisfactory. The meat and seafood were quite good. Lunch was on menu and the menu is the same every day. For dinner the only change was the type of meat or sea food that would be available and cooked for you on the moment. There was construction going on in one of the nearby rooms and the noise was disturbing. The room I was given was facing the service path of the hotel and since the windows were not closing firmly, street noise from the garbage truck was coming directly into my room at 6 a.m. My balcony was facing East which made it really challenging not to get sunburn as there was no umbrella of any kind. If you want a real all-inclusive go elsewhere.

El personal nos pareció encantador, cercano, amables y muy atentos, podría mencionarlos a todos, Carolina en recepción, Vicente, Sonia, Daniel, Paco Navarro, Miguel Romano (nos reímos mucho con él), Carolina... todos hicieron una estancia muchísimo más agradable. Estaba todo muy limpio, el buffet muy variado y bueno.

Que no nos avisaron con antelación de que habían obras en el hotel. Cogimos una sola noche para desconectar y el sábado cuando estuvimos en la piscina no pudimos descansar, el ruido de las obras fue muy desagradable y a veces no podíamos ni conversar. Si nos hubieran comunicado lo de las obras, no nos hubiéramos alojado en el hotel. Fue una falta de respeto y consideración hacia nosotros y el resto de clientes.

One word AVOID! I've been to this hotel before but it has gone downhill. If you are ok with cigarette smoke then you should at least be able to use the balcony. In addition to the poor location of the smoking areas, the showers alternate between freezing and boiling. I paid for an upgrade after been offered a room overlooking the service area but honestly it really wasn't much better. Take care, if you book a "standard" room you will be overlooking the building next door or the service area with all the noise and wonderful aromas that that brings. Never again!

The staff is incredible. They were always very helpful. The food was incredible as well. Location is wonderful and the rooms are spacious.
