"The Best ever"

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. I had a truly pleasant experience and I will definitely visit again in the near future without any hesitation.

"Tribe Hotel should teach a customer service masterclass"

From the moment I made my reservation I was treated like a queen, until the second the driver walked me up to my terminal to drop me off. This hotel gets it. Gorgeous spot, lovely amenities, wonderful family of hotel staff and the best spa in nairobi. I can’t wait to come back !
