Tribe Hotel

Nice rooms. Small for a deluxe King package. Very limited privacy for the washroom if sharing. Was promised a complimentary decor and assorted chocolate since it was Valentines Day but it was not done. Anyway, staff were nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Friendly employees, quite environment. But some employees at the front desk were rude to my guest.

The hotel was very stylish, and the food was delicious. The airport transfer to the hotel and the city tour of Nairobi were excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We arrived early Tuesday morning were greeted by smiling and helpful Imelda. Check in was smooth and quick which we really appreciated as we were quite tired There was a small issue with our room and Nora was very quick to assist with a choice of rooms which we were allowed to view prior to choosing. The accommodations are beautiful and very comfortable. The shower was amazing with exquisite water force and temperature. The bed and pillows are literally the stuff dreams are made of!! Rogers and John are so friendly and funny and helpful, it was like coming home each time we returned from a wonderful day exploring Nairobi, truly like family!! The food is delicious and Evans is very friendly and professional. To be honest each and every person we encountered were so so kind and friendly. I would recommend staying at Tribe and only Tribe!!

We were two families (5 pax) and had a very good stay at Tribe. Excellent location!! Next to the Village Mall. The rooms are very well fitted and comfortable. The breakfast and dining is fantastic. The staff are very responsive and eager to please guests. We stayed in Tribe on our way to Masai Mara and will likely use it in the future.
