Tribe Hotel

Wanted to book for a birthday family Sunday brunch for around 10 pax but unfortunately we were informed it is no longer available only al carte.

Lovely quiet hotel with access to great restaurants within a diplomatic zone with great security. Hotel staffers are always friendly and with a good attitude and smiles, that is genuine.

Hotel is located next to the Village Market in Nairobi, Kenya. It has very nice architecture and layout with many nice corners with privacy. Room is clean, quiet, functional and well appointed. Food is good. However, service tends to be slow/late, and messages and requests often fall through the crack and not followed-up between shifts.

It’s a beautiful experience with a familial environment. I would recommend and the way they treat you with kindness I am definitely coming back, and the room and everything spotless with great staff

Everyone at this hotel from the wait staff at the restaurant (Victoria!) to the reception to the parking helpers (Roger’s and Tony!) is so helpful and nice. The facilities are great, the food is amazing, but I would come back here again and again for the people.

People very available and kind, like Roger, Monica, Antony and Cornelius. The Reception and room service are very attentive and kind. We appreciate their professionalism. The hotel is decorated with the finest art and facilities are good quality. The most important is always the professionalism and competence of its staff to qualify a hotel as high standard.

We had booked a special New Year half board stay but it seemed the staff had not information about this. Wasted a lot of time because of miscommunication around our room, paid for food that we were told were included. Service was otherwise good, location is very good. This was a disappointing return to this hotel

I came across Tribe hotel as part of the Marriott Bon Voy scheme. Beautifully located in lovely part of Nairobi - Village Market. The team, the decor, food , service was an absolute delight. I had an egg plant samosa - the flavours were out of this world. This is will be my retreat, whenever am in Nairobi. Highly recommended.

Amazing decor , friendly and helpful staff
