Tribe Hotel

This is the third time we've stayed with Tribe, and they're getting better every day!

There was nothing.

We have been staying two weeks. I did try, but they did Nairobi for the fourth time now with my colleague and musician Karl Jannuska. We enjoyed every moment, there, the quality of the room, the restroom overhaul scenery, but mostly the kindness and refinement of the full staff. I can't think of anyone from the stuff including the room service, the restaurant, the breakfast bar, the desk, the cleaning staff or the security staff who haven't been friendly, smiling, caring, and fun with us. let's open a branch in Belgium soon please !

We all know how exhaustive travel can be. Long flights, flight delays, bad service, bagage lost, etc. When you are at wits end and upset, tired and angry, all of this will be washed away when you arrive at Tribe Hotel in Nairobi. The warm welcome, sublime service and serene atmosphere in the Tribe Hotel make you aware that you have arrived at your home away from home. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. It's located in a lovely serene. The rooms are well equipped and the food is amazing. The Tribe staff are very loving and caring.

Perfectly convenient residence exuding the true flavor and spirit of Africa. Exceptional hospitality on arrival right from the gate to reception, the room and room services, the random soul touching music in various spaces. This is more than a home away from home. Never to forget the exceptional personalities, Paul who serves dinner with true commitment, then the surprise executive breakfast offer from Doreen just crowned my stay. What a courtesy and self dedication from the many staff. Thank you so much for keeping it over the top

Unfortunately not what was promised. Unclean and bad service. Their care for the Enviroment is also lacking. Expensive for what you get provided with.

Apart from very nice room, the staff are friendly and helpful. I broke my luggage and they extended their help to me but having someone fix it but accdg to repairman it can’t be fixed But still so grateful! Just for improvement is the food variety, always same selection. But food is nice though

The guest services team—known as the Chieftains—were exceptional, helping me navigate the city from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I enjoyed two wonderful massages at their spa, and one of the Chieftains, Brett, even took me for a run in Karura Forest, which was a truly beautiful experience. The food was outstanding, and even the room service exceeded expectations. The team went above and beyond by carefully wrapping my art pieces and delivering them to me at the airport after I spent over a week traveling through Uganda and Rwanda. I can’t wait to send my clients here—it’s the perfect place to stay before heading out on safari!

Excellent hotel in Nairobi next door to an upscale shopping centre. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful.
