We spent 7 nights at the Novotel hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience with the service here. A special shoutout to the breakfast staff, who surprised me on my birthday—it made me feel so happy and grateful. In particular, Thanh and Thuy Huong are two outstanding staff members. Their thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Their care truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, wonderful girls, and thank you, Novotel! We will definitely return.
